October 17, 2012 (Arlington, Va.) — COMPOSITES 2011, produced by the American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA) was named one of the 50 fastest growing shows in 2011 by Trade Show Executive magazine. This award distinguishes COMPOSITES from the 10,000-plus events held annually in the U.S. and demonstrates the value it provides to attendees and exhibitors. COMPOSITES 2013 will continue the tradition of excellence in Orlando, Fla., Jan. 29-31.

COMPOSITES was recognized in two areas – 28th in net square feet of exhibit space with 22 percent growth, and 20th in number of exhibits with 17.2 percent growth.

“I’m thrilled that COMPOSITES has been selected as a ‘Fastest 50’ trade show by Trade Show Executive,” says ACMA Director of Events and Education Heather Rhoderick. “We make it a priority to listen to our attendees and exhibitors, which helps us build on past success. This is a key reason COMPOSITES thrives. Not only have our exhibitor numbers grown, our attendance continues to rise as well. Since 2010, our attendance has increased by 22%. I’m proud that our exhibitors and attendees recognize the value that the Show provides, and thank them for their support of the Show.”

“With a fresh focus on innovation, new ideas and solutions and industry trends, we look forward to continued growth at COMPOSITES 2013 in Orlando,” says ACMA President Lori Luchak of Miles Fiberglass & Composites. “Backed by more than three decades of experience, innovation and responsiveness to participants, COMPOSITES has a proven track record of delivering results for attendees and exhibitors, and continues to demonstrate its relevance for all those involved with composite materials. We know the composites industry, and we focus on the business of composites.”
