Issue Manager/Composites Growth Initiative:
The Manager, CGI (Composites Growth Initiative) position supports the committee work associated with market development and growth of the composites industry. The position requires the ability to understand industry issues and actively engage member companies to implement strategies that grow key segments of the composites market. Key components of the position include project management of programs and events, and working with our members to engage them in the issues and committees best matched to their company’s goals and activities. To be successful, the candidate must have strong communication, facilitation and coordination skills, be able to work with c-suite individuals and mid-level managers, and have a desire to help increase market share for the industry and companies alike.
Manager of Meetings and Events:
This position manages the logistics pertaining to attendee and exhibitor services for the Association’s various conferences, workshops and meetings. The position leads our logistics on ACMA’s revenue producing conferences and workshops, and also manages logistics related to ACMA’s presence at its annual trade show, CAMX.
The Coordinator, Composites Growth Initiative (CGI) Committees supports 13 major Committees of the CGI, in addition to subcommittees and task groups of these major committees. The position requires effective coordination with staff, attention to detail, and communication. Key components of the position include routine support of CGI committees, including member tracking and engagement.
Marketing and Communications Coordinator:
This position is responsible for creating and editing content of ACMA marketing and communications, including events, membership and the composites industry, as well as various print and digital publications, websites and social media. The position also maintains and manages subscription lists and fulfillment responsibilities, and tracks readership and open rates. The successful candidate should understand marketing strategies and tactics, analytics, be able write and edit. This is a perfect position for someone right out of college or with 1-2 years of experience.
This position assists with the operations of the association including, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control and analysis, payables and receivables, information technology and general office administration. The position requires a strong attention to detail, general understanding of accounting and budgeting, and the use of accounting software and databases.
