ACMA Council Draws Great Attendance at its FRP Design Workshop<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Transportation Structures Council hosted the <\/span>Design of Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Composites Bridges<\/span><\/b> at the <\/span>2022 International Accelerated Bridge Construction Conference, Miami, FL, <\/span>Wednesday, December 7, 2022, which was attended by 75 engineers.\u202f <\/span>The objectives of this workshop were to familiarize attendees with the background and code provisions related to the design of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composites bridges and to provide cutting-edge material and product advancements to design and specify FRP composites products that can assist attendees when building new composites bridges for ABC applications. <\/span>For a review of the program, see below.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
