The ACMA Board of Directors is pleased to announce the following individuals as nominees for board positions. All petitions must be received by April 1, 2024, and must be signed by at least 10 voting representatives. TONY MARTIN
President
North American Composites

Martin has over 30 years of executive experience with structural and elastic adhesives; both in the U.S and international markets. Before joining North American Composites, Tony served as the Global Strategic Marketing Manager for the commercial vehicle and mass transit markets. Previously, he held various leadership roles in sales and marketing across the Casco Nobel, Sika and L&L Products organizations. He has led business development in the general composites, wind energy and transportation arenas. Currently, Martin serves as President of North American Composites in Lino Lakes, Minnesota.

Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Haag studied chemical engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology. After gaining experience in the chemical and packaging industries across Europe and the Philippines, he founded Champion Fiberglass in the U.S. in 1988, where the company specializes in fiberglass conduit and cable tray manufacturing. Today, as the company’s owner and executive chairman, Goran oversees operations and growth alongside their dedicated team.

MIKE MOSLEY
General Manager
Avient Advanced Composites

Mosley began his career as a Naval Aviator after serving in the United States Marine Corps and later ventured into roles in water treatment chemicals and private equity. He currently serves as General Manager of Advanced Composites at Avient, overseeing the Glasforms, Polystrand, and Gordon Composites brands. With a background in physical sciences and economics from the University of South Alabama and an executive education from Harvard Business School, Mike brings a wealth of experience to his leadership role, earning recognition as Avient’s General Manager of the Year in 2019 and 2022.

MICHAEL RAMBO
Senior Manager
Global Technology Strategy, Spirit AeroSystems

Based in Wichita, Kansas Rambo leads Spirit’s Research & Technology (R&T) Global Technology Strategy team, overseeing Distinctive Capabilities Leaders, Intellectual Property professionals, and R&T Opportunity Capture. With a focus on technology roadmaps and strategic evaluation, he shapes Spirit AeroSystems’ technology strategy and represents the company as a skilled public speaker and author. A retired Air Force Reserve pilot and strategist, Rambo holds a Master of Science in Joint Military Operations and Strategy, a Bachelor of Science in Basic Sciences specializing in Military Operational Arts and Sciences, and a Professional Certification as a Strategic Execution Professional (SEP).

BEN WILTSIE
CEO

Wiltsie is a recognized leader in engineered composite products for infrastructure applications.  After holding various roles in R&D, Marketing, and General Management in the materials and chemical industries, he joined GEOTEK as CEO in 2016. Successive to growing PUPI® into the leading global supplier of fiberglass crossarms, GEOTEK added Alliance™ composite light poles and, under Wiltsie’s leadership, remains committed to developing and acquiring other market-leading composite brands for the world’s infrastructure.  Wiltsie attended the University of Minnesota where he studied polymer chemistry and holds bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and chemical engineering, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration.

Chris Skinner
Vice President
Strategic Marketing and R&D, Owens Corning

At Owens Corning, Chris is responsible for developing and executing near and long-term strategy, focused on creating growth in building, construction, infrastructure and renewable energy. Chris and his team lead the product lines, brand and customer experience, commercial excellence, and strategy in partnership with commercial and manufacturing teams. He is also responsible for the global Research and Development team for Composites business.  Before working at Owens Corning, he held the role of VP of Strategic Marketing for the Rhodia Polyamide Business based in Lyon, France. He also worked for more than 10 years at ICI / Huntsman Polyurethanes in various international assignments in technology and marketing in the U.K., Belgium, and Germany in business units including composites, elastomers, and the automotive market. Chris graduated from the Open University Business School with an MBA in 2001. He holds a Ph.D. and B.Sc. (Hons) in chemistry from the University of Durham, U.K.

MARK SICKELS
Vice President
Superior Industry Solutions

Sickels is the Vice President of Composites at Superior Industrial Solutions, Inc. Superior Industrial Solutions began supplying products to composite customers in the 1970’s, and today their composite customers are serviced by nine Superior-owned distribution facilities and five public warehouses throughout the United States. Currently, Sickels serves on the ACMA Regulatory Steering Committee and is a member of the IACMI Infrastructure and Construction Working Group. He joined Superior in 2009 and has been in his current role since 2016. Prior to Superior, Sickels worked at Celanese, LTD for 18 years.    

JANE THOMAS
President
Teijin Holdings, USA

Thomas is the President and Chief Representative of the Americas for Teijin Holdings USA. Teijin is a global manufacturer of advanced materials and pharmaceutical products. In the US, Teijin manufactures and sells carbon fiber, aramid fiber, high performance resins and composite materials as a tier one automotive supplier. Prior to this role, Thomas worked for private equity in the food manufacturing industry and before that, as a partner in a national law firm. She serves on numerous boards, including Women in Manufacturing, Dupont Teijin Films, and the Investment Advisory Council for the Department of Commerce.

HAROLD VISSER
Executive Vice President –Americas, Polynt Composites USA

Visser is the Executive Vice President – Americas for Polynt Composites USA where he has held this role for five years. His composites industry experience has spanned over a forty-year period where he has been involved as both a resin and fiberglass supplier in the USA and Europe. He currently serves on ACMA’s CGI Fund Project Steering Committee as well as the Resin Managers Council. He had previously served on ACMA’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
