ACMA President & CEO Appointed to NAM’s Council of Manufacturing Associations

Arlington, VA — (January 10, 2025) The American Composites Manufacturers Associations (ACMA) is pleased to announce the appointment of President & Chief Executive Officer Cindy L. Squires to the Board of Advisors of the National Association of Manufacturer’s Council of Manufacturing Associations (CMA).

The CMA Board of Advisors provides leadership and guidance to the organization. CMA has 260 national manufacturing trade association members representing 130,000 companies worldwide. The CMA creates partnerships across the industry, amplifies manufacturers’ voices, and connects members to experts and trade association executives. CMA members gain insights, share perspectives, form coalitions, and ensure manufacturers have a strong voice in national policy.

This appointment ensures ACMA members will have a voice in the leadership of the CMA as manufacturers continue to face significant challenges.

ACMA’s Board Chair, Megan Multanen, praised the appointment saying, “I can think of no better advocate for the composites industry at CMA than Cindy Squires. This will deepen our relationship with NAM and ensure that ACMA members are represented as the CMA develops its agenda for the coming year.”
