Corrosion

Research has proven again and again that composites are extremely durable and stand up to heat and corrosion, making them ideal for use in products that are exposed to extreme environments such as water, chemical, and outer space. Non-metallic pipe and tank solutions continue to grow as do various infrastructure applications in composite materials. Certification of personnel is critical for the pipe and tank industry or companies that build composites products for use in various corrosive and harsh offshore environments. As a corrosion expert you can be part of this exciting, vital field.

The Certified Composites Technician Compression Molding program (CCT-CM) provides a national composites certification standard to meet industry identified skill areas for current and future professionals working in facilities creating these high-demand consumer products.
