Location: Polynt Composites Application Center; Kansas, MO
This 2.5-day, Certified Composites Technician Instructor Course is an opportunity for current CCT certified individuals to become qualified instructors. The course will combine classroom training techniques with hands on exercises in a composites manufacturing facility to reinforce and show practical ways to deliver instruction. The course will include instructional training and an online exam that challenges attendees to show basic knowledge of the practical learning theory and technical skills covered during the course. Additionally, candidates will be required to demonstrate their new skills by leading attendees and instructors through a lesson that they prepare onsite.
CCT-I includes a half day of virtual instruction and 2 full days of onsite instruction at the Polynt Composites Application Center. Full attendance is required during both portions of the program to be eligible to sit for the exam.
Space is limited. This course has a maximum registration of 16 candidates.
Participants who successfully complete the CCT-I course are certified to teach CCT study courses and administer CCT exams to candidates. These CCT Instructors will be able to take the learned skills and provided materials back to their company, school and throughout the industry to deliver more effective and engaging training. CCT Instructors are also eligible to be hired as ACMA contractors for customers seeking hands-on, personalized ACMA training.
CCT-I Certification
While onsite, all candidates will complete the CCT-I exam after instruction concludes. Upon successful completion by earning a 90% or higher on the exam, candidates are certified as a CCT-I for the next 3 years before recertification is required.
