DeWayne Howell, Toray Advanced Composites, Application Development and Expert Service Field Manager
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Aerospace Engineering, DeWayne has 40 years of composite material and structural design & analysis experience. The past 12 years of his career have been with Toray Advanced Composites. He is currently an Application Development Engineering Manager specializing in thermoplastic materials, part design, structural analysis, and fabrication. His work history includes NASA, Northrop Grumman, CompositeTek, and Fiberforge. DeWayne has authored 12 published technical papers and several design guides. He has developed, authored, marketed, and sold CompositePro, a popular design and analysis software package for composite structures now known as Autodesk Helius Composite.
