ACMA strengthens their membership team with key departmental additions, welcoming a new Vice President of Membership & Strategic Partnerships and Director of Membership Engagement. 

October 19, 2023 (Arlington, VA) – The American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA), the unified voice for the complete North American composites supply chain, is pleased to announce Peter Hedger Jr. as the new Vice President of Membership & Strategic Partnerships and Casey Kinler as Director of Membership Engagement. They will both assume these roles on October 23, 2023.   

Peter Hedger Jr., Vice President of Membership & Strategic Partnerships

With over 20 years of experience, Hedger joins ACMA with an extensive background and history in the composites industry. In this role, Hedger will be responsible for overseeing ACMA’s membership and strategic partnership efforts that will include a targeted focus on building membership and forming valuable partnerships that contribute to the advancement of composites. 

Hedger obtained his BBA and MBA from the University of Tennessee and brings an abundance of composites subject matter knowledge in addition to having served as a lead strategist in communicating the importance of composites to several different markets across the industry. Prior to joining ACMA, Hedger served as the Vice President of Business Development at Composite Applications Group (CAG), where he brought companies together to succeed in composites.

Before his work at CAG, he served as Vice President of Marketing at Structural Composites Inc., following a 12-year tenure at Magnum Venus Products.  

Casey Kinler, Director of Membership Engagement

Kinler joins ACMA from the Animal Agriculture Alliance, where she served as Director of Membership & Marketing. She obtained a Bachelor’s from Auburn University and a Master’s of Strategic Communications from George Mason University. Kinler brings over 8 years of experience in membership growth and communications in the non-profit space. In her role, she will be responsible for enhancing and amplifying ACMA’s membership engagement.

Hedger and Kinler will be joining ACMA just in time to attend CAMX 2023 in Atlanta, Georgia and are excited to meet everyone in attendance. They will be present at the ACMA Booth D24 at CAMX 2023, taking place October 30th to November 2nd at the Georgia World Congress Center.
